COVID-19 Update from your Friends at The Casablanca Hotel 

Protecting you during your stay

At the Casablanca Hotel, we continue to take great care in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our hotel, restaurant and spa. While the hotel is still operating and in future, we will continue to practice these protocols.

We have supplemented our normal procedures with additional COVID-19 cleanliness-specific guidance, training and information to make our cleaning hygiene policy and procedures  even more stringent.

  • Our hotel staff are receiving the most up-to-date briefings and enhanced operating/cleaning procedures strictly following Health Canada Guidelines.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas including lobby, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, change rooms, spa and even room keys.
  • Additionally, we have increased our cleaning and disinfecting procedures to clean rooms after guests depart and before our next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items and areas.
  • In the areas not readily seen by our guests, we have increased the frequency of cleaning and focusing on high-touch areas like the various  entrances, locker rooms in the pool area, laundry rooms, staff and executive offices..
  • We have antibacterial hand sanitizers located throughout our hotel for our guests and staff.
